Mixed Domain Oscilloscope
Comprehensive insight into analog, digital and RF perspectives with one instrument
Mixed domain oscilloscopes have the ability to display signals in both the time and frequency domains. In the time domain, they can display synchronized analog waveforms, digital waveforms, and decoded serial protocols. For frequency domain analysis, they include an integrated spectrum analyzer signal path.
Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes have all of the capabilities of a mixed signal oscilloscope and more:
- 16 digital channels for mixed signal debug
- Automated serial bus decoding and triggering
- Versatile triggering, long record length, and easy waveform navigation and search
- Built-in spectrum analyzer hardware
- Built-in arbitrary/function generator
A dedicated Spectrum Analyzer input and signal path give these instruments a guaranteed dynamic range 10 to 15 dB better than a typical scope input channel, and front panel controls provide quick access to spectrum analyzer functions.
In addition, the MDO4000C Series captures synchronized analog, digital and RF signals for a complete, time-correlated view of your system.
Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes let you see your signals from an analog, digital and RF perspective with one, highly-integrated instrument.
