Double Pulse Test Plug-In Application for AFG31000 Series.
Double Pulse Test is a method to measure the switching parameters and evaluate the dynamic behaviors of power devices. Users of this application typically want to measure the turn-on parameters, turn-off parameters and reverse recovery parameters. The double pulse test application for the AFG31000 Arbitrary Function Generator lets the user create pulses with varying pulse widths which is a crucial part of this test. The application offers an intuitive UI that quickly enables the users to generate pulses and perform the test in less than a minute saving a lot of time over using conventional methods like a PC software or programming a micro-controller. This plug-in requires AFG31000 firmware version 1.5.2 or later.
