Windows XP has multiple language support but is there multiple language support within the application?

The windows XP language setting applies to all standard windows dialogs and some standard Windows selection buttons. So, things like the save and open dialogs will be translated and buttons in dialogs like OK, Cancel, etc. will be translated. The TLA Application itself is not translated into local language except where standard Windows dialogs apply.
