Yes. Using the front panel controls, press the MENU button and select A/D-CTRL. AUTO-ZERO will be an option under that menu. To disable auto zero via the bus, use the 'SYST:AZER ON/OFF' command. Note that if you disable the auto zero function, it will affect all subsequent measurements--measurement results may drift over time, but the throughput speed will typically increase dramatically.
