Specs: Comparing the Reading Rates of Integra Mainframes

回答:

Product(s) :
Integra Mainframe: 2700, 2701, 2750

Question : How do the speeds of the 2700, 2750 and 2701 compare?

Answer:

The Integra series of products consist of three Models of mainframe: 2700, 2750 and 2701.

Each mainframe can acquire data at different rates. The Model 2700, which which was the first model, has a certain data rate. The Model 2750 is faster than the Model 2700. The Model 2701 is faster than the Model 2750. The table below shows how the models compare for a particular function (VDC), range (10 volts) at two different speed settings.

Other information about how these benchmarks were obtained: The data for the Model 2700 and 2750 was obtained using Single precision Real format transfer (Binary transfer) across GPIB. The data rates for the Model 2701 were obtained using the ASCII transfer. All of the data rates for each unit were with the digital filters disabled, 100 readings and the display disabled. The mainframes were programmed with SCPI commands

These benchmark data are just a small sampling for the purpose of comparing the speeds both into memory and across the bus for the various Integra series mainframes; it does not take into account any additional settling time requirements for when 77xx switching modules are used.
