It takes a long time for the TLA Connection Window in the TLA Application to find my logic analyzers. Can I speed this time up?

If your network does not have DNS it will take longer for the Application to translate hostnames into IP addresses. To eliminate this search time it is recommended to include a HOSTS file on your PC under the Windows folder->system32->drivers->etc directory. An example of the contents of this file are shown below:

127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.0.19 TLA7016_Lab1
192.168.0.20 TLA7016_Lab2
