ACS Software Enhancements
• Added generalized libraries, functions, and a demo project to support the Shared Stress Reliability Test Application.
• Added a new Vth test library based on JEDEC Standard JEP183A for the Power MOSFET (SiC) Reliability test.
• Added Delta Mode support for the 622x/2182A instrument configuration.
• A PTM demo script to run a UTM library remotely on 4200A through KXCI was added.
• Added a LIV test library and DMM_SMU test library for DMM 6500 and DMM 7510 application.
• HiSOL prober is now supported.
ACS Software Resolved Issues
• Issue with the high open offset capacitance when using 2600-PCT-xB parametric curve tracers has been fixed.
• Issue with exporting data in .xls format in the data panel not working has been fixed. A user can export data in .csv, .xls and .xlsx formats.
• Resolved the issue with the Interactive Test Module (ITM) in ACS Basic s/w needing to be reset before a trigger model script.

For existing ACS software users, please ensure you have an active maintenance license for your respective perpetual license prior to upgrading to the latest version.
