EA Factory Verified Calibration Services to Ensure Optimal Performance and Reliability
EA is committed to ensuring you get maximum performance and value over the long life of your EA instrumentation. We offer calibration services both to help you keep your instrument operating within specification at all times and prevent interruptions in manufacturing. With a range of calibration services to meet your requirements, EA helps optimize throughput and product profitability.
Factory Calibration
Your instrument is calibrated on the same test stands used in our manufacturing facilities and is adjusted using the exact same procedure used for newly manufactured instruments. The adjustment includes test documentation, provided to you, verifying that the instrument meets its tolerance specifications.

ANSI Z540.1 Calibration
Your product is calibrated with instrumentation traceable to NIST. An independent calibration standards laboratory verifies the traceability to the national standard. Every Z540.1 calibration includes test data taken both prior to calibration and after calibration/adjustment. Along with the pre- and post test data, EA Elektro-Automatik provides a certificate of traceability to certify the calibration of the test instrumentation.

ISO17025 Accredited Calibration
The ISO/IEC 17025:2015 is an international calibration standard similar to the Z540.1 calibration. For this standard, EA Elektro-Automatik employs an independent calibration standards lab to verify all procedures and all data. EA Elektro-Automatik provides pre- and post-calibration/adjustment test results and a certificate of traceability for all instrumentation used to perform the calibration.

- 3-hour in-person sessions customized to the training you need on EA equipment, software or a specific request.
- 2-hour sessions for you to bring in your own equipment and conduct testing with EA equipment. Open for both post- and pre-purchase.
