When customer upgrades bandwidth on a MDO4000C, will the warranty be 3 years from the date of bandwidth upgrade?

No, the warranty does not get reset with the purchase of a bandwidth upgrade or spectrum analyzer upgrade. However, the instrument is returned from the Tektronix Service Center fully calibrated.
