Over the front panel, select the following: CONFIG button ohms button SENSE-MODE menu selection 4-WIRE menu selection ENTER button. Via the bus, send the 'SYST:RSEN ON' command. Once you've selected this function successfully, the '4W' annunciator will appear on the front panel display.
