Please make sure you can first communicate locally from the logic analyzer. You can use one of the three example VIs that came with the tktla driver available from National Instruments. Also you need to include the TlaNetInterfaces.dll within the same folder as the LabView project files and include the TlaNetInterfaces.dll in the .NET Assembly References. To do this in LabView 7 go to the Tools->Advanced->.NET Assembly References... In LabView 8 you can add the TlaNetInterfaces.dll to your project explorer.
