On my TPS2000 series oscilloscope the BNCs are damaged or worn out.  Can I replace them myself?

Yes, you can replace them.  Order a BNC replacment kit Tektronix part number 050374800 for a TPS2000B series or order 050359800 if it is a TPS2000 non-B series.  The kits includes instructions for replacement.
