Is the DPO3000/MSO3000 GPIB code compatible with the TDS3000B/TDS3000C Series? Other TDS scopes?

Yes, whenever TDS scopes have the same feature/function as in the DPO3000/MSO3000 series, the related GPIB commands and formats are the same.  All instrument commands are listed in the respective programmers manual.
