Our multi-layered secure data centers are protected from power failure, physical intrusion and network outages by extensive back-up power and cooling systems. Our two data centers provide failsafe redundancy and are monitored by an Intrusion Detection System. The data is encrypted, backed up using a full, log, and differential retention strategy with data integrity checks, and is stored in mirrored locations. We employ failover clustering to provide high data availability and timely recovery in the event of a system failure. In the event of a catastrophic physical disaster the records can be restored at an offsite recovery location.
