TDSDDM2 DISK DRIVE MEASUREMENT SW PKG v3.0.1
The TDSDDM2 Disk Drive Measurements Software is an application that enhances basic capabilities of selected Tektronix oscilloscopes. The application provides disk drive measurements, can display measurement results as statistics or a plot, and can save results to a data log file.
This software download offers Free Trials for evaluation. Once the free trials are exhausted, a software license key may be purchased from Tektronix to permanently enable the software application on your oscilloscope.
