When the TPS2000 series scope is plugged into an AC power source+ there is no indication that the unit is running on AC power. Is this also true when the unit is running on its battery?

Question :

When the TPS2000 series scope is plugged into an AC power source+ there is no indication that the unit is running on AC power. Is this also true when the unit is running on its battery?

Answer :

When the unit is plugged into AC power, there is no indicator light. However, there is an indicator light on the unit when the battery is being charged in the instrument (i.e., the instrument is connected to AC power and the battery[ies] is [are] not full). When the instrument is running on the last bit of battery capacity, a warning informs the user that roughly 10 minutes of battery capacity remains.
