Keithley’s Series 2600B System SMU instruments are the industry standard current-voltage source and measure solution for highly automated production test applications. Both dual- and single-channel models tightly integrate a precision power supply, true current source, DMM, and electronic load with pulse generating capabilities. Plus, TSP® technology runs complete test programs for automated system applications, and TSP-Link® technology enables daisy-chaining up to 64 channels for high volume parallel test.

2601B, 2602B, 2604B System Sourcemeter SMU Instruments

The 2601B, 2602B, and 2604B are 40W DC / 200W Pulse SMUs with 10 A pulse, 3A to 100 fA and 40 V to 100 nV DC capabilities. They combine the capabilities of a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit DMM, arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator, and electronic load – all into one tightly integrated instrument. The 2601B is a single model where the 2602B and 2604B are dual channel models.

2611B, 2612B, 2614B System Sourcemeter SMU Instruments

2600B-PM-1 200V Protection Module

The Model 2600B-PM-1 200 V Protection Module with 1 A Clamp is a stand-alone module that protects the model 2635B and 2636B from damage due to transient overcurrent conditions. It is intended for use in applications where a device breakdown or other potential failure could connect the high voltage output of a 1000 V power supply or SMU instrument.

Power Management Device Testing

DC-DC converters are widely used electronic components that convert DC power from one voltage level to another while regulating the output voltage. The output provides a constant voltage to a circuit, regardless of variations in the input voltage or the load current. Dual Channel 2600B SMUs and Scopes are used to test power management devices.

Battery Simulator App in KickStart

The KickStart Battery Simulator App gives users a simple method to create, manage, and simulate battery models along with the ability to cycle test batteries. This optional specialty application for KickStart software is designed for use with Keithley’s 2281S Power Supply/Battery Simulator for simulating battery models, the Keithley 2380 DC Electronic Load for battery model generation, and the Keithley 2400 Graphical Series and 2600A/B Series SMUs (channel A only) for battery model generation, battery simulation, and battery charge/discharge cycle testing.

The Battery Simulator App includes:

TSP Toolkit Scripting Tool

TSP Toolkit is an open source scripting tool available as a Visual Studio Code (VS Code) extension. It can be used to develop TSP test scripts alongside your other favorite VS Code extensions, such as those for Python, C# and many more.

TSP Toolkit includes all the functionality and instrument support of Test Script Builder (TSB) plus many quality-of-life features including syntax highlighting, auto-completion with in-line command help, and a modern user interface.
