Chaining DAQs with External Triggering for more Scan Channels

In this video, we will demonstrate how to use two DAQ6510 units in tandem to increase the total available DC Voltage scan channels via External Triggering. Using the instrument's front panel, both units are configured to interleave scans. The first unit takes a reading and then sends a trigger signal to the second unit, which then takes a reading and sends a trigger signal to the first unit and so on. We've applied a 0.1 second channel delay in this example to clearly demonstrate how the DAQs trigger scans back and forth.
