What kind of side-by-side rackmount kit do I need for my waveform monitor+ vectorscope or audio monitor?

All Tektronix 3RU tall half-rack width video equipment uses the same side-by-side rackmount kit; the WFM7F05; however one of three options will need to be chosen in addition to that base kit depending on the exact instruments you wish to mount:

Option OO: Two older CRT-style instruments.

Option ON: One older CRT-style instrument and one newer LCD-style instrument.

Option NN: Two newer LCD-style instruments.

Our older CRT-based equipment tends to generate heat at the very core of the instrument and therefore needs ventilation mainly in the middle of the rack sleeve whereas our newer digital LCD-based equipment tends to generate heat at the very front of the instrument and therefore needs more ventilation there. A small metal tab will prevent you from trying to insert any of the newer LCD equipment into an older rack sleeve so as to prevent the unit from burning out. Therefore the types of instruments you wish to put in your rack will determine the option to order with the WFM7F05 rackmount kit.

When you order the WFM7F05 with either option OO, ON or NN, you will receive two sleeves of the appropriate style based on your ventilation needs (OO, ON or NN) and an outer structure which holds these two sleeves in place and attached to the rack cabinet. You can arrange the "O" and "N" sleeves in any order you want. See illustration below:
