Situation is a customer upgrading from Windows 2000 SP3 to Windows 2000 SP4. During SP4 install an error is displayed: "SP4iis unable to connect to metabase" I then click OK and get the following msg: "Setup failed to remove ISM.DLL script mappings - Service Pack will abort" In the Event log: An error 4374 is displayed.
