I don’t have the floppy drive on my PC anymore. Is there is any way to transfer files from my TDS3000(B) series scope to the PC?

If you have the B model, it all comes with the Ethernet port.  You could connect it directly to PC or to a LAN to transfer screen image or waveform data using OpenChoice Desktop or NI Signal Express TE.  If you have the non-B model, you would need the communication module TDS3GV to add the serial and GPIB interfaces.  You then could connect to PC via either interface.  OpenChoice Desktop would support for both interfaces.  However, the NI SignalExpress only supports LAN and GPIB connection with the TDS3000(B).
