Answer:The High Power USB Port voltage must be between +4.75 to +5.25 volts.These are the specified requirements for the KUSB-3100 Series modules.The modules have been tested from 4.65V to 5.5V without any problems.In most cases the module will start down to 4.5V. However, it could be a problem with the series switch impedance on some laptops. The KUSB-3100 Series modules will typically use less than 400mA of the 500mA specification.
