Yes, Nexus makes a compression probe head adapter (NEX-2X-PROBE) that allows probes to be placed on opposite sides of the board back-to-back. This reduces the circuit board area needed by half. The holes needed for a 17 channel probe can be used for two 17 channel probes, doubling the number of channels per hole. Please visit Nexus for details.
