Can data be imported into the DG2000 Series Data Generators?

Yes, the DG2000 Series data Generators can read a simple Comma Separated Variable (CSV) file from a 3.5-inch PC compatible floppy disk. Once the data is imported, you can generate the pattern as is or you can modify the pattern using the DG2000 Series editing capabilities.

The data import function is accessed through the EDIT button which displays the EDIT menu. When the File menu item is selected, a side menu appears with Import Data as one selection. Note that the side menu also has the Export Data selection which saves pattern data to the floppy disk for transfer to other applications.
