AWG5000: Option 03+ Digital Data Out+ is there separate data memory for this option?

No, the data transmitted by option 03 is the same data which is loaded into channel 1 and 2 for the analog output. I.e. the DAC values which create analog out are also sent to the digital data channels. Markers are not output by option 03.
