AFG3000: How low a duty cycle can I set on the AFG3000 series?

With the latest FW you are able to set duty cycles as low as 0.001%. If you need a lower duty cycle then follow these steps.

1.  Press Pulse
2. Press Burst
3. Select 1-Cycle
4. Set a pulse period equal the pulse width plus the rise and fall time shown or set by you on the AFG3000 screen.  (i.e. 50 ns + 2.5 ns + 2.5 ns)
5. Set the width of the pulse to the value required. (i.e. 50 ns)
6. Now press Burst / More then Trigger Interval, set Trigger Interval to the period of the pulse.  (i.e. trigger interval set to 100 seconds gives 0.00000005% duty cycle)
