Can I use 8 AA batteries with TSG90/95 or can I only use the battery pack?
Answer :
You can use either 8 AA batteries or the TSG90/95 battery pack to run the instrument. When you have the unit plugged into its AC adapter it will automatically charge it battery pack but it will not charge 8 AA batteries, even if they are rechargeable batteries. You would have to use an external battery charger to charge those.
