The annual R&D Awards recognize 100 of the top technology products introduced in the past year across 20 different categories. All finalists are selected by an independent judging panel and the editors of R&D Magazine.

Current approaches for digitizing ultra-high bandwidth signals distribute signal energy to two digitizing paths, then use a DSP to reconstruct the input signal. Unlike these schemes, Tektronix' unique ATI architecture provides a symmetric technique that delivers all signal energy to both digitizing paths resulting in an inherent noise advantage.

The Keithley DMM7510 7½-Digit Graphical Sampling Multimeter combines all the advantages of a precision digital multimeter, a graphical touchscreen user interface/display, and a fast, high resolution digitizer.
